1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
- Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
- During busy periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas) processing times may be extended by 1 to 2 days. We will communicate any delays.
2. UK Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
- Carrier: Royal Mail 2nd Class
- Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 working days
- Cost: £3.99 and £4.99 for platter packages
- Free on orders over £20
Express Delivery
- Carrier: Royal Mail 1st Class or equivalent tracked
- Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 working days
- Cost: £4.99
Tracked Delivery
- Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48
- Includes tracking number and delivery confirmation
- Cost: shown at checkout based on order size
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are working days and do not include weekends or UK public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Pink Cloud Sweets is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
4. Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout.
- We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at a cost of £3.99.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If Royal Mail cannot deliver your parcel, a card will be left with redelivery instructions.
- Unclaimed parcels are typically returned to us after 18 days.
- If your order is returned to us unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery is charged at £3.99.
6. Tracking
If you have chosen a tracked delivery option, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.
7. International Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand in the future.
